"I have always loved practicing yoga whenever I could in my busy schedule - great for my mind, body and soul and centering me. Over the years I have had so many various injuries and basically could do only yoga and walk for exercise. This was fine with me because I felt I was getting my cardiovascular workout with walking and the stretching, and flexibility with the yoga. After my rotator cuff surgery last April everything came to a halt. I had to sleep in a chair with arm in a sling for 7 weeks. In addition to doing therapy for my shoulder, I loved working with you in doing therapeutic yoga. I was very limited in moving my arm and shoulder.
